Terrific for family stay

We appreciated that we could both spread out and gather together as we wished. The ample kitchen is great for a large group. Being right by the river was fun. Proximity to town is perfect. Our family enjoyed this home.

Lovely Home in a Beautiful Location

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location was perfect with a riverside trail adjacent to the property. Mornings and evenings on the deck were a perfect way to start and end each day.

Great place - lots of space

Easy check in process. The home was clean and the description in the listing was accurate. We had two families stay here with plenty of room to spread out. We skied each day of our stay and it was only 20 minutes to drive to the resorts (which is less than what we drive for our local resorts). .

Close to perfect with some quirks

This house waters its grass for at least 5 hours a day, every single day. If you're trying to enjoy the beautiful back patio, you may want to time it around the sprinklers going on and off. The refrigerator and freezer were both broken upon our arrival, and it looked to have been an issue noted by at least three other people before us, but this was repaired during our stay. Overall, we loved the great location more than anything!

Great Home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very large and comfortable. The kitchen is enormous. Much bigger than it appears in the photos. The home does not have A/C and I worried that it would be uncomfortable given that it's been pretty hot out. That wasn't the case at all. We opened windows at night and closed them in the morning. The home stayed comfortable all day. It's a great location too. The only thing we'd of loved more is if this house had a hot tub. The property management was also very responsive to needs/questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Really great but…

Truly, this is a wonderful home to choose for most anyone. Very well kept, great bedrooms and that kitchen is amazing! We really enjoyed being able to go for a walk next to the creek. Just a heads up for anyone visiting for a tournament where you have no idea if you will need a late checkout or not. They require 24 hour notice and hockey tournaments more often than not, you would not know that early hence requiring an extra hundred for that guarantee you could get a few more hours that you might not even need. If this matters to you, hotels are more flexible on this. I will check policies in the future before booking for a tournament. Also, we are accustomed to being able to reach the owners to ask bout potential flexibility on this policy but VACASA (who it is available thru) does not permit that so that was not helpful. Other than that, given no tournaments or anything that might give cause for late checkout without knowing 24 hours in advance, I would highly recommend this place. It was really wonderful!

Can't say enough good things about this vacation property. So clean and the decor was amazing and very comfortable. The most splendid gourmet kitchen that I have ever had the pleasure to make meals. Quiet, serene, saw moose in the back yard several times. Abuts a beautiful river. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

No concerns for our privacy and in flight path

I am in my 60's, well traveled, including quite a bit in this area. This is one of the most disappointing stays I have ever had...and I am not that hard to please. Give me privacy, a clean place and minimal noise and I am good to go. Let me start by saying 1 hour after our family arrived a person knocked on our door saying he needed to get into the garage (No identification). Next thing we knew he was cutting the grass...really? We shared our dissatisfaction and he left. He then showed up 2 days later after we left for a wedding..do you think they were looking at their cameras...privacy invasion? To top it off at 10 am on Sunday morning I was on the back patio and there he was here a third time weed eating the back porch. Three times in 72 hours they invaded our privacy without asking. What part of vacation rental does vacasa not understand? As for the house it was a nice place but could use some upkeep. Nail popping up on the deck, Very small master shower that does not open all the way (the toilet is in the way). Windows (A couple) that you have to push from the outside to shut completely. The home is directly under the flight path to the Hailey airport (low flying planes), people walking 30 steps from the house on a path, (friendly people but privacy lacking). To finish this up I paid over $2200 for 4 nights for this very unsatisfying event.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Robin. We are truly sorry to hear that the landscapers were an unwanted disruption during your visit. The homeowner hires their own private lawn service to maintain the exterior of the home. We will follow up with the local manager and the homeowner regarding your stay to ensure we are providing a pleasant and relaxing vacation experience for every guest. We will also inform them of your comments concerning maintenance needed so the local maintenance team can work to make any necessary repairs. We apologize for any misunderstandings regarding this listing. We make every effort to ensure the location of our home is reflected clearly and accurately through our listing information in order for guests to make informed rental decisions. We hope you will allow us a second chance to host you for a relaxing trip in the future.

Great Location

Loved the layout of the house and really liked the river running past the backyard deck. Close to food and a quick drive to the ski hill.
