Modern mountain decor and a winter-friendly layout make this home a great choice for curious travelers. Immediately upon walking in, you can rest your clothes and gear in the separate mudroom section of the home. Contemporary-style wood paneling and stone accents around the fireplace (and the soaking tub!) set the tone for a lovely time. Play one of the included board games and enjoy quality time together. Cook up something delicious in the fully equipped kitchen, or fire up the private gas grill for a smoky main dish. Enjoy it in the dining area, at the breakfast bar, or out on the private deck. The main bedroom features a workspace perfect for finishing up remote work before heading out for adventures. Of course, the private washer/dryer will take care of the gear while everyone relaxes.

Set just off the ninth fairway of the Elkhorn Golf Club, this home is in a fantastic location for exploring the wider area. Hop onto the ski shuttle just 100 feet from the condo and you'll be on your way to both Dollar Mountain and Bald Mountain! The home's also only 15 miles from Friedman Memorial Airport, perfect for easy commuting. The Sun Valley Lodge, just over two miles northwest, offers numerous dining options for guests to enjoy in an après ski atmosphere.

What a perfect place for our family of 5! Plenty of space, super clean, and close to downtown Ketchum making it easy to access anything needed. The washer and dryer are an added perk that make any extended stay super easy!

CLEAN and convenient

We frequent vacation rentals for work and play and this was by far the cleanest!! Loved how well appointed the condo was and how simple instructions were for checking in and out. And, setting up the HOA amenity passes was seamless! We had a blast visiting the multiple pools and sport courts with close proximity to town too. Will look to stay here again during winter.

Quiet Bday weekend

Property was clean, had a running hot tub, coffee filters and all the necessary things we needed. My friends and I will be back. Hopefully, when there is more snow!

Easter Getaway

My husband and I visited for Easter with our teenage son. We loved the location, the space and layout of the condo for our family of three. Vacasa the property management agency was amazing, great customer service, everything went smoothly for check-in/check-out. I did deduct a star because it seems a lot darker inside to us than we anticipated as we prefer a lot of natural light. Still a nice stay, thank you!

Thank you for your feedback. The master bath can lights have been reset and the drain plug submitted for repair, and all bathroom faucets have been tightened. Instructions for the fireplace and TV are being prepared, and a shovel will be provided for winter use. We appreciate your suggestions.

Great Location!

This place was so great for my family with 4 kids who ski on dollar. The mountain was right around the corner! We loved playing the games that were in the condo (although a few pieces were missing) and checking out the books. Disappointed that there was no VCR to go with all the videocassettes, and did not like the apple TV. Minor things for a really great place! Would definitely book this place again.

Ski weekend

Easy checkin with late check out option. Everything was clean and as expected. Comfy beds and clean kitchen. Jetted tub didn’t work or hold water very well. We had to ask for hot tub and didn’t get a response until we called. But overall very good. Would stay here again.

The unit had a lot of potential, lovely and great location. Carpeting is badly stained and needs replacing. Living room sofa, as well. Vacasa management was responsive and very helpful.

Nice and close to the bus stop

Overall, I am very happy with the property. I wish I had known its proximity to the bus line and that the bus line is free. When I was dropped off by the SunValley express shuttle at Sun Valley Lodge, I was not able to get an Uber or a taxi to take me to the property. A kind person took me in their private vehicle, only to find the condo was very close to a free bus line. There was an odor that was bothersome. I also had an incorrect code when checking in, however the property manager was extremely responsive and solved the problem immediately. I also never got the channels to work on the TV, so we ended up watching the Netflix. Great location for everything in the area. Still gave it a 5.

Loved the location

The location was just as expected and the condo was ok except, lighting needs to be repaired and updated so switches turn on lights, reading light by bed would also make it easier to navigate room at night. Washer was not working, would not complete cycles and would not spin to drain. Carpet needs to be cleaned. We were not told that the pool had been drained even though we were provided with passes to use facilities. No instruction book was present so we had to search for the pool, trash bin etc. With a couple of repairs and better cleaning, this place would be much more comfortable and user friendly. Please let us know once changes have been implemented and we will consider booking again.

Clean/Location/Quite/Fun

The location of the property is ideal for all to do in the Sun Valley/Ketchum area. The surrounding mountains provided great views and access to the walking/bike paths was great. The condo was clean, everything worked and it was well stocked with the basic needs (however, more sharp knives are needed). I would stay here again.

Great value. Great Location.

Ok, it’s not the Ritz Carlton, BUT the location is great. Nice and quiet, close to the Elkhorn community amenities (nice new pool and close to biking / walking path). The condo itself gets a 3.5 / 5 but worked well for its purpose. We would definitely book here again.

Great condo in a great location

This condo in Fairway nine was perfect for a little family getaway. The condo was comfortable and well equipped to cook meals etc. The best part of the condo was it is convenient to everything. Hiking trails, Sun Valley lodge, and downtown Ketchum.
