Nestled halfway between the town of Durango and Purgatory Ski resort, you're conveniently close to anything you could want to do while here. Whether you are visiting to shred fresh powder at Purgatory, hike along pristine trails near town, or check out this quaint mountain area, you will have no shortage of ways to use each day year-round.

When you aren't out and about, enjoy the peace and quiet of your own space. With Roku TVs throughout, streaming favorite shows and movies will be a breeze after a long day on the slopes. Wonderful space

Big open floor plan. Two bed two bath -- separated for privacy for all. One suite up, one down. Great light and outdoor space. I would stay there again for sure.

The condo was great. Very clean and comfortable and decorated very well. The condo is about 12 miles from durango. Park right in front.

Excellent Home away from Home

First is a quiet places outside the main parts of town. Great for relaxing morning in the refreshing mountain air. Second is we had all the functionality as if we had our own home with us. Third loved the cozy feel of the space. Forth all our places we visit in Ouray Silverton and Durango were withen a scenic drive of the mountains and rivers. Love this place and its location.

Clean and Comfortable

This was a very pleasant and clean place to stay. Had everything we needed, although extra towels would have been nice. Location was halfway between Durango and Purgatory, which was perfect for us and our needs during our stay. Communication was effective with the property manager. Would stay here again!

Hermosa condo was great!

We loved being a few miles north of Durango. It was a peaceful setting even though it’s close to the highway. We didn’t hear any road noise inside. Nicely decorated/updated and very comfortable. Bedroom ACs & comfy beds made for deep sleeping. Kitchen had all the dishes & appliances we wanted to make meals. We’d love to stay again!

Cozy Place in the Pines

Cutest little place with everything you’d like! Two bedrooms with two bathrooms- all very nice! Kitchen is equipped with anything you’d need. The fireplace was amazing, and we even enjoyed playing the games in the cabinet. We loved the front and back porches!

Nice place

This was a nice rental, perfect for my son and I on our ski trip. We ran into an issue with the water but the agent was very helpful and responsive. The kitchen is well stocked and it a quiet location.

Great place to make your home base right outside of downtown Durango!

We loved staying at this place- it is the perfect size for 4 people and we never felt cramped. Very close to downtown Durango- about a 20 minute drive- but away from the hustle and bustle- nice and quiet. The place itself was impeccable- very clean and recently very tastefully remodeled. In between downtown Durango and Purgatory this is a great home base to enjoy everything Durango has to offer and do also do some skiing at Purgatory in the winter. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again when in the Durango area!

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Roomy and comfortable. The place was clean (except for the dirty dishes in the cabinets), the kitchen was stocked, and the location was great. We did buy our own water because the tap water tasted funny (maybe that’s a Durango thing?). We were 20 min from town and 20 minutes from Purg and the Nordic center. Hope to come back again!

Quiet Retreat

Clean condo with private porch and balcony for morning coffee. Comfortable bed. Quiet air conditioning unit and fan for refreshing air circulation - it's the little things that make a difference. Convenient location to town, Honeyville, Durango Hot Springs and other activities. Just enough out of town for quiet but close enough for quick drive in for dinner, etc.

Durango trip

Great place to stay… Condo was very clean and very well appointed. Location was just a few miles outside of Durango. Only problem was the front door was very hard to open and you were not sure if it was unlocked. They need to fix this.
