Please know the hot tub was cleaned and refilled on Monday, the day prior to your stay and typically takes 24 hours to completely warm back up. Our payment policy is as follows: You can use up to two credit cards to pay for a reservation, however, the last name on both cards must match the last name of the reservation-holder. This is to avoid fraud and we appreciate your kind understanding. It’s our highest priority to make sure our guests have the best experience possible, but if problems do arise, we try our very best to make things right in any way we can. It looks like we were able to provide a new door code for access, and we are so glad you called our 24/7 guest hotline to let us know about it. Please know that we have changed the lock battery and we will absolutely communicate this feedback to our Homecare Team to ensure future guest issues are handled in a timely manner. We wish we had known about these additional concerns at the time so we could have helped out then.
