Spacious apartment near main street in Frisco. Clean, and well kept property with comfy beds off street parking. Our only issues were inaccurate wifi instructions and TV remote(S) with no instructions.

Great Frisco Location

Location in Downtown Frisco was perfect. Accommodations were great, nice and clean and check in and out was very easy. Great option if you're staying in Frisco. And you must try the breakfast burritos at the Deli Belly on Main St. Just a two block walk.

Great spot. Close to trails and downtown.

I loved the access. Coming to Colorado is about exploring the outdoors and see the town and shops. Mountains & Main Street fulfilled both. Step outside and trail heads to great hiking are available. Step outside and downtown is a couple blocks away. Very affordable and fit our families needs.

This is such an intelligently designed and well-appointed place. You could fit 3-4 couples in it comfortably. And so easy to walk to everything in downtown Frisco. We'll definitely be back!

Needs updating

Couch and kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable. Some dishes in the cabinet were dirty and wet. We had to open all doors and windows upon arrival because the fragrance was so strong. House was very clean, other than dishes, and well stocked. Location was great.

A Great Location at a Good Price!

A friend of mine and I came up for a weekend golf getaway, and booked this property for our home base. It was perfect! Very close to downtown Frisco, so we could walk to shops and restaurants. Close to Keystone and Breckenridge for golfing, and very reasonably priced. We had a couple of issues, and I contacted the property managers about them. They responded immediately to resolve the issues, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The condo was the perfect size for us. No complaints!

Great Location

Awesome location - could walk to everything in downtown Frisco. Perfect for 5-6 people. When we arrived the beds were not made and the sheets were just tossed in a pile. There were no top sheets provided so we had to make due with what was there. When I reached out about this it took 2 days for me to get a call or response back from the management team and at that point I didn’t see the point of having them come over.

Decent Condo in Frisco

Great location and the condo is decent. When we arrived the condo clearly hadn't been cleaned well. The floors had garbage on them and had not been vacuumed.Kitchen garbage had no bags and the property manager kept asking us to look for them. If you plan on doing laundry make sure you bring some soap, they dont provide that. The pantry has old food in it including a tube of crescent rolls that had managed to get into the blender. A little more attention to detail is needed.

Let there be light and a weed wacker but aside from that - it's quite nice.

Loved the location, the size, the decor. Enough space for three generations. Loved having the free history museum across the street. The town gem is a safe and fun place for kids to meander independently and get their museum passport stamped. Easy walk to Main Street for eats and a stroll. Did not care for the lack of light - most light bulbs out in the lamps, a calendar of events dated 2022, wobbly chairs that felt as if we might fall, overgrown weeds very unwelcoming, and just a general lack of maintenance and care by the property management agency. The air fresheners are way too strong for the space which was mentioned in previous reviews. Arriving in the dark, with no working lights outside the front door and immediately inside the front hall combined with overgrown weeds truly made me believe I had arrived at the wrong address, a vacant and abandoned property. This is a gem of a location, pride of place with the decor and finishes, it just needs to get to finish line with simple, affordable maintenance.

Second time we rented this place, still need instructions

Love the location of this condo. Great for access to world-class skiing. We were permitted to check in early as requested so as not to miss the Super-Bowl kick off. We missed it anyway because we couldn’t figure out the TV system; hence the request for instructions. We called; we talked to the bots, and finally a professional showed up to assist us the next day. The place was cold when we arrived and quickly learned that the heat takes several hours to come to temperature. A note on what to expect there would have been helpful. Lastly and probably the most embarrassing, is that we could not find the hidden switches to turn on the electric fire place. The bots adequately informed us on the operation of a gas fireplace, not what we needed at the time.

Poor Vacasa Customer Service: Great location and the condo was clean when we arrived. The poor rating is due to the significant disruption of our stay because of a lack of help from Vacasa. The listing promised high-speed WiFi, which we were depending on for work/zoom calls all week. Repeated calls over several days to Vacasa resulted in NO response back. I called Vacasa every day at the beginning of our stay and talked to someone different each day and received different answers ranging from a “A tech will call you today to arrange a visit” to “We can’t do anything until we reach the owner” to “I will upgrade this call to urgent.” My husband and I could not attend work meetings remotely as planned, and our son had to go back home to Denver to work during the week instead of staying with us. On Day 5 of our 8-day stay, Vacasa -without our asking - sent an email saying they will refund us 115, a tiny amount compared to the rental charge (less than 3%) and the significant impact to our work productivity and the time spent with our son. After a few more email exchanges, they credited us twenty dollars more. We understand technology breaks now and then, but it’s appalling that we did not receive a single return phone call explaining what was happening and why. There appeared to be no effort to fix the situation. Communication would have made a difference in our rating.

Poor condition and no help

The living room lights and ceiling fan lights did not work. In the living room the sockets were hanging over the side of the lamp. We got run arounds from Vacasso. No action with over 24 hours of texts and calls. They just kept on asking for more info and saying a local representative would be in touch. No one ever was. We bought a lamp and bulbs. Hopefully they will reimburse this. House has WiFi but the checkin email had the wrong ID and password. (We were able to find the right one.) The local activities listing was from 2022. These are clear signs of the lack of coordination and support between the host company, the property owner and the local service providers.In general getting the property into usable condition took more time and effort than should be necessary for any VRBO rental. At least it was clean and convenient.

Colorado Home in Frisco

The property was good and location excellent. When we arrived we discovered that the Master shower was out of order, we could not get the main tv to connect, the toilet in 2nd bedroom ran loudly approx. every 5 min., disturbing sleep and the ceiling fan could not be used without the light, and one kitchen chair almost broken.. We called the 800 number for vacasa and spoke with an agent who told us they would send someone local the next day to addtess the tv issue and they were sorry about the shower. No one ever came to fix tv connection and the rest of the items we were just to made the best of an annoying situation. We were reimbursed some of our money to compensate us for the problems which we appreciated. We don't believe there actually was anyone local to help us and we just had to keep calling, emailing and texting to get satisfaction. We understand now that Vacasa is just the listing agent for the properties and they don't actually have anyone to help is you have problems with your property. In the past we have been able to work with the actual property owner or a local agent which was a much better system.
