The access to the lifts was fantastic- easy spot to take a quick lunch break then get back to the slopes. The bedrooms were large and in-unit laundry is always a perk. The hot tub and garage parking were also great amenities.

We’ll be sure to share your comments with our local team to help improve these areas for future guests. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Loved that we could walk to the lifts, food, ice cream and drinks. The view was great and the hot tub was a bonus after a day of skiing. Condo was clean but needs some new furnishings and carpet.

Quick CB ski trip

Our condo on the main floor was very comfortable. Not too many people on a Sunday and Monday night so nice and quiet. Easy access to the hot tub, parking and ski hill.

If the carpet didn’t have so many stains, including one huge one right next to the bed like it was a barf stain, it would have been a better experience.

Mt. Crested Butte

Super cozy. Perfect size for our family of 6! It’s an older apartment but it has been updated. We had a red fox hanging out and the kids loved seeing it in the evening!

Showed up and place hadn’t been cleaned since last booking. All dirty towels, sheets, dishes. Point of contact never reached back out. Got in contact with the agency and they had to move me to a different property up 5 flights of stairs. Do not recommend.

The place smelled old and dirty. The carpet was so dirty and stained, I would be ashamed to have people know I owned this unit. Upon opening the door on the fireplace, it fell off. If I would have known the unit was in this shape, I would not have rented. Not very transparent of VRBO/Owner.

We are disheartened to read that you experienced issues that kept you from enjoying your stay. Our local manager assured us that they will recommend to the homeowner a deep clean and carpet cleaning. We’d also like to clarify that the fireplace is for decorative purposes only, but we will notify our maintenance team to address the issue with the door. Your feedback is invaluable to us, as it gives us the opportunity to make improvements. We sincerely hope you’ll consider staying with us again, so we can provide a better experience during your next visit.

Outstanding in every way!

Check-in was so smooth. I loved the little touches like shopping bags in the closet and board games and a variety spices in the kitchen. The unit was a perfect place to stay for a week-so convenient to everything! We loved it! Thank you.

Excellent communication, quiet, exceptionally clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, close parking included for two cars with one space being in a garage, easy access to the shared hot tub and grill. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Beware

We did not want to write a negative review; so we wrote instead to the management company about issues with this condo. We waited two weeks for a response, but none was forthcoming. So... The pictures suggest that this condo is airy with lots of natural light. That is not accurate. The place was clean and relatively comfortable, but dark. People walk past the sliders in front quite often; so privacy is an issue. There was a strange whirring sound coming from somewhere (upstairs?) that was not constant, but seemed to start up around bedtime. Some coffee cups were not properly cleaned. There is a dearth of convenient electrical outlets for phone chargers in the bedroom. This place is on the ground floor -- if someone is in the condo above, you will know it. The entrance to the entire building is on your porch. Laundry soap and dishwasher detergent was not properly stocked. On a positive note, the hot tub is right out the front door.
