Our local operations team has been made aware of the toilet problems ad and will make sure any outstanding maintenance issues are resolved. Our standard check-in time is 4 PM. We email guests 24 hours prior to arriving to let them know whether or not you have been granted a complimentary early check-in of 12 pm.
