Breathtaking 180 degree Lake Views

*Granby Lake House*

The views from this home took our breath away. Located across Lake Granby with no obstructions! Enjoy your morning coffee or yoga on the front porch, drop a paddle board or kayak in the water across the street, or head 1/4 of a mile down to the marina to rent a pontoon boat for the day. On the lake, you will enjoy the mountain views, fishing in one of the best spots in Colorado in Cut Throat Bay, or head over to grab a bite to eat at one of the lakefront restaurants. End the day under the stars soaking in the 5 person hot tub.

This year round home is fully furnished. Open great room with lots of windows and natural light which highlight the 180 degree views of Lake Granby. Winters are equally spectacular and warm and cozy with a wood burning fire place.

Rocky Mountain National Park, lots of hiking trails, several golf courses, Winter Park / Mary Jane ski resort, boating, fishing, restaurants, and cute little shops are all close by!

Please note:
- There is no A/C in the home, which is typical for homes in the mountains.
- There are ceiling fans in the master and guest bedroom.
- There is a very strict “no pet” policy.
- There is absolutely no smoking on the premises.
- There is a Ring doorbell and floodlight for security purposes

This place is incredible! The views from the cabin are amazing and unobstructed. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals in the cabin and the rooms and living areas were cozy and comfortable. Alyssa was a great host and even had a couple new pans on site for us after learning our middle child has celiac disease. We have two teenagers and a four year old and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. We all enjoyed many nights by the wood burning stove playing the original Nintendo in the living room! The hot tub was great too. I highly recommend this vacation property. You will not be disappointed. It feels very remote and beautiful but is only 15 minutes from a great grocery store and the Granby Ranch ski resort.

Incredible Spot With Incredible Views!

My family of 6 loved this house, inside and out. The views are better than advertised, and we enjoyed sitting out by the fire each night (and appreciated having firewood we could use)! Walking across the street to the lake for some fishing was equally convenient. Inside the house was light, clean and had plenty of space for our party of 6. Would definitely plan to stay here again--and we will!

We had a lovely time staying with friends at this property. It’s convenient to Grand Lake and to Rocky Mountain National Park. I particularly enjoyed walking the lake path across the way, the wildflowers, and watching the soaring ospreys soar overhead.

Cute quiet cabin in the perfect location!

Me and my 3 boys, aged 2,13, and 17, had the best time soaking in the Colorado views from this adorable cabin. The surrounding towns are so cute and full of shops and restaurants. The kitchen is perfect for cooking dinner while watching the sun set behind the snow covered mountain tops. We will definitely be back in the summer when we can see and access the lake. Great house, great hosts, great experience. **I took one star off for cleanliness and listing because there was dog hair through the house when we arrived and due to allergies I booked a pet free house intentionally. The owners were so sweet & offered an extra cleaning for us one day while we were out. They 100% took care of us and only posting this incase someone else has bad doggo allergies.

Beautiful home and scenery

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. It snowed Tuesday and Wednesday so everything was spectacular and glistening in the sun on Thursday and Friday. Wonderful to wake up each day to such a beautiful views. Every amenity you could need is provided… kitchen appliances, pots, and pans utensils plates. Also many wonderful throws and blankets to keep you warm. The wood-burning stove was so delightful to have and keep a fire going every day. The host was easily accessible and helpful with any questions. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Sibling Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely home. The accommodations were great. We loved the view of the mountains and lake. The hot tub was used and enjoyed very much after hiking in the mountains. Alyssa responded to any communications we had with her. Thanks so much for helping make our weekend a good one! :)

Fabulous

We loved our stay. Should have booked extra days here instead of the city! Also we drove through the Rockies to Estes Park which was/is Beautiful but way more touristy. We loved the quaint peaceful atmosphere of Grand Lake. Definitely a bustling little place but not over crowded! Hike to Adam’s Falls was Amazing and not to hard that I couldn’t do it 😉

This House Has It All

We loved the location of this house and all amentities. The view from the deck and inside the house was breathtaking. Quick drive to Grand Lake, RMNP and Winter Park. Stroll across the street for easy access to the lake (fishing, rock skipping and kayaking). Wloukd defintely recommend this house!

Property is well appointed and maintained. You couldn’t ask for a better view with the lake and snow capped mountain backdrop. Close proximity to the activities at Grand Lake. The hot tub and deck were a great way to watch the sunset!

Stunning lake view from house and hot tub!

Great house for three couples. Well appointed kitchen. Blankets for snuggling. Thank goodness for the woodstove it was COLD when we were there. Owner Alyssa is 100 percent responsive. We look forward to a summer trip to this house soon:)

We stayed for Christmas and it was very close to perfect. Looking at the lake with snow covered mountains in the background, sitting by the fire, drinking hot chocolate, was as close to a hallmark Christmas movie as I’ve ever been.

The 5 star reviews everyone gives is legit!! The view is perfection! The house is beautiful and filled with details. The wood burning stove was my favorite!! Response time for questions or asking for suggestions is timely and goes the extra mile. Our first time to this area so we learned a lot. We could have just stayed here and never left to go anywhere. We loved the yummy restaurant Sagebrush. Ate there twice. And enjoyed the little shops. Brought home a RMNP sweatshirt. A piece of heaven right here. We went in between seasons so several things weren't available but still had a wonderful time.

We love hiking, biking, golfing, water and snow sports and this location offers it all. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!

We chose this property for the amazing views. While we are close enough to everything you’d want in a mountain getaway, this home also offers privacy and is the perfect spot for peace, serenity and relaxation to enjoy the beauty of a lake front mountain home.

This home is situated directly in front of the lake where a quick walk across the street has you at the shores edge. In addition, we are just 2 minutes from Beacon Landing Marina, and only a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Grand Lake or Granby. With a wraparound deck and a 5-person hot tub, it is the perfect place to end your day with a glass of wine while star-gazing.
