What a beautiful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deer Track Retreat! Plenty of space for all of us and the place was very clean. The location was great as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Good Family Retreat

The home is in a beautiful area. There are some minor issues with maintenance and supplies but the house is clean, comfortable, and good for families.

Perfect family getaway!

We loved our stay at Granby Ranch Retreat. The place was perfect for two families with a bunk room for kids. We were pleasantly surprised to even see a kids cave with toys and a chalkboard that entertained the kids for hours. We will definitely be coming back!

Lovely Stay

We had a great time in this home for a girls getaway. The home had everything we needed to make it comfortable. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood with spectacular views. The home is cozy and accommodating, we felt right at home. We will definitely be booking again!

Great location to spend Thanksgiving

Great location in Granby, the house was very very clean, minor wear and tear on the property but nothing huge. When I got there, I had a little trouble getting in the house, but the 800 number walked me right through it. Overall very happy and will be back.

Great winter weekend getaway!

My family and I had the best weekend in this stunning home. It was fully stocked with everything we wanted and needed. It was ideal to have a ski in ski out cabin as we were able to come and go and not have to worry about parking at the resort. I can't wait to come back in the summer for hiking and mountain biking. I can't recommend this property enough! We will be back!

Grandson Visit at Granby Ranch

Great house, very roomy and comfortable with a lot of kitchen conveniences. It was a little run down, but our dog got to stay with us which was a BIG plus. None of the TVs worked without the Roku remote, but at least they had games and a kid's cave, which was a lot of fun! We ended up leaving a cabinet full of things, so hats off and a BIG thank you to Lindy who helped get it to my daughter. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Nice place

The home was nice, but not perfect. There were a few minor issues. Refrigerator was out of order, so a mini fridge was delivered in the meantime. We were forced to keep some of our items out in the snow on the back deck and in the garage. Thankfully it was cold enough to do so. The coffee carafe was cracked, and the backup didn’t fit exactly right but we managed. There were no washcloths in the home, which we are not accustomed to doing without. Beds were comfortable. Sofa sleeper, not so much. All in all, we enjoyed our stay by remaining flexible.

Best location!

Our family loved our stay here. Our son could actually snowboard straight to the slopes! The place was so cozy and allowed enough space for us to have lots of family games and movies and also time apart in our rooms (each with its own TVS). The fire place was an added benefit and you can’t beat the view.

Great for our group!

This house was great for our group of 8…3 adults and 5 teens. Plenty of space for sleeping, nice large kitchen island for food prep and eating. Hot water issues seem to have been resolved because we never had an issue with multiple people showering each day.

Needs work

We stayed here for a skiing trip at Granby Ranch. Prior to our arrival I received an email stating the sofa sleeper was broken and the owner hadn't been able to fix it yet. I could accept that. When we arrived the hot water heater didn't work and they couldn't get it repaired during our four day stay so everyone had to take cold showers. One of the kitchen cabinet doors was falling off the hinges and the TV didn't have any sort of channel service. I would recommend staying somewhere else. I have stayed in many short term rentals and this one was lacking the basics.

HORRIBLE Customer Service

I am not one to leave awful reviews unless absolutely necessary, but this one has to be shared. When we arrived we had NO hot water. Called that evening, could not get a human. It rang and rang. Next morning before skiing, got someone on the line who informed us that someone would come fix the issue. Two hours later, nothing. Called again, and they still said someone was coming. Around 4:30, still nothing. Finally talked to someone who said they would look for another place. Couldn’t find one, so we went our whole trip with NO hot water. Come to find out, a representative informed us that the owners were waiting on a part for the water heater. That would’ve been nice to know before we got there. Vacasa has the worst customer service I have ever received, and I assume future guests would like to know.

Great location, large gathering space

This house sits nestled into the mountain near the base of the Granby Ranch ski area. Very easy to get in and out and a great spot to stay for a group of skiers! The beds in the king and queen rooms were very comfortable. We had a couple of issues. The couch bed in the basement was missing many springs and the mattress was falling through. Also, it had dirty sheets on it when we arrived. The top bunk bed was also broken, the wood frame in the middle was snapped and unusable for the duration of our stay. I reached out to the property manager who responded right away and said someone from their local team would reach out but they never did. Also, there was mention of the owner's lift in the listing but no information was provided about that either. The property lists that it is pet friendly which we knew going in but if pet allergies are an issue, you are definitely going to feel it in this home. Overall, the location, kitchen and living spaces were nice but I would not rent this space again and will be cautious of a national rental company.

Gorgeous home. Horrible service. no hot water or working toilets.

We checked in just to realize the home had no hot water. Called for THREE days to have someone come out and fix it. On the third day after calling again they sent maintenance out. Said it was fixed but toilets still didn’t flush and hot water still didn’t work. Called two more times just for them to say they’d call me back but of course did not. Last phone call took almost three hours for them to hang up on us. Ended up having to switch houses at 10 at night on foot with 7 kids. Unacceptable service.

We are extremely sorry about the situation you found yourself in during this stay and that it was so difficult to reach us. We did discover the pilot light on the water heater was not working and have addressed that. Hopefully we can better impress you in the future.

First vacation in a long time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home as a base to provide access to our child with special needs to go back and forth to NSCD camp in Tabernash, and allow special time with our other family members to enjoy Grand Lake, Winter Park and Granby. The house was clean and comfortable. My only drawback to the property is that it does not have a hot tub, and the pool/club house is $10.00 per person per day - which adds up over a week`s time. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great location- nice house.

Great location and nice house. Rocky start as both bathroom tubs did not drain. Took a bit of effort calling an nagging but within 24 hours of checkin both tubs were fixed.
