As you step into this inviting home, you'll immediately be struck by the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living. Large sliding doors effortlessly connect the spacious living area to a sprawling patio, creating a seamless transition between the interior and the breathtaking natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. During the summer months, these sliding doors allow for a delightful flow of fresh mountain air and create an idyllic space for indoor/outdoor living. It's important to note that this house does not have air conditioning, but the cool mountain breeze and refreshing evenings provide natural comfort during the warmer months.

The patio itself is a haven for relaxation and entertainment. Equipped with a grill, it's perfect for hosting unforgettable barbecues with friends and family. Location is great. Close to the hot tubs/pool (which are very nice). The gondola that takes you from the neighborhood to the base area was incredible. The house has nice finishings - modern, updated. Everything seemed to work the way we wanted it to.

Great place for family with kids.

The house was lovely. There were six adults and six kids ages 10 to 4. The pool and hot tubs were close by and the kids especially enjoyed that. We prepared meals in the evenings and it had a great kitchen set up. Unfortunately, the west Sun exposure was very hot in the kitchen and eating area for our 3 evenings there. (No air conditioning) The house had a great eating table for meals and evening games. The fire pit on the patio was used in evenings and early mornings. The 12 of us had a wonderful trip with good memories!

Very nice but bad Checkin experience.

House was lovely… once we got in. The code we were given didn’t work and it took almost 2 hours with help from many people to get in the home.

Beautiful place to stay if in Fall, We Winter or Spring but no air conditioning for hot summer days.

Lots of space. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, etc.Fun spaces for kids. Walking distance from pool and hot tubs. Patio with a firepit for morning & evening visits. Large dining room table for eating and playing games.With cost of rent, we assumed the house would have air conditioning, but did not. No screen on windows or sliding doors, fleas entered while trying to cool rooms down with portable fans.All in all, we had a very fun stay.

Beautiful Home!

Gorgeous home in Steamboat, 8 minutes from the Yampa River / center of town. The house is huge and sleeps 16, but be aware that the house has a strict 2 CAR ONLY policy due to the very strict HOA. Also, they don't offer any alternative overnight parking so please keep that in mind. We didn't have any immediate emergencies where we needed to get in contact with Vacasa as their customer service messaging situation is very slow to respond. Overall, the stay was lovely and we had a great time, just a couple things to note from our experience.

Great place for a ski weekend!

Overall, I was very happy with our stay! The house was huge, they had all of the amenities (pots/pans/towels/detergent). Overall it was in a great location. It was a 5 min (if that) walk to the Wildhorse Gondola, which was perfect for our group. The majority skied/snowboarded, but some of us did not and the gondola took all of us to the base mountain. It was perfect. The place also came with guest passes to the lodge’s hot tubs (3 of them) and pool. That was right down the road (2 min walk) and it was great. The only downside is that you can only park 2 cars on the property. There’s no street parking. At first I thought this would be huge issue, but we were able to park our other 2 cars in the garage right by the base of the mountain. I think it was $25 for overnight parking. At the end of the day, it worked out despite just being a little annoying. I will definitely book this place for next year’s ski vacation!
