Cabin across the street from private Rio Grande access on Gold Medal water

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, recent renovations, and the cabin’s antique furnishings and character. We’re sorry that several aspects of the home fell short of your expectations, particularly the repeated bear activity around the trash, the limited lighting, and the condition of the cookware. We’ve shared these concerns with our local team so they can review the trash setup and guest guidance, lighting throughout the home, and kitchen supplies. We appreciate you taking the time to provide specific feedback. It helps us identify areas where the guest experience can be improved.

Hello Michael, thank you for sharing your experience with us; we appreciate your honest feedback. We are happy to hear that you found the home well-stocked and very clean. We apologize that the beds were not as comfortable as expected. We understand the significance of a good night's sleep, and comfort can vary greatly from one guest to another. We would love the opportunity to host you again and provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Thank you! Being as this is a new listing, it's SO great to know you enjoyed it. We hope you will stay with us again. Diana. Property Manager

Linda, thank you for sharing your experience, we're so pleased that our home was a perfect fit for your party! We're glad you enjoyed our home but we apologize for any inconvenience caused by a squeaky bed and we shared your feedback with the local team. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.

So glad you enjoyed it! I'm not the owner, but treat it as if it were my own :) People leave personal items behind all the time. I like to think they were so relaxed while they were in the mountains, it just slipped their mind. Diana Property Manager

Thank you for taking the time to review this cabin. The (new) owners have ordered new mattresses. And we will work on some more mirrors. As for the steep steps, I apologize if they were a hinderance, however, we do mention it in the listing. All in all, sounds like you had a great vacation. Diana property manager

Karen, thank you for taking the time to review your stay and provide your valuable feedback. We’re so pleased that you loved the location of our cabin and enjoyed your stay. We understand that it’s difficult to suit everyone’s taste when it comes to beds and bedding, but we do apologize that you found the ones downstairs to be a bit uncomfortable. We have passed this on to our local team. Additionally, we provide a starter kit of supplies that includes travel-sized toiletries to our guests and we are sorry if yours was not on hand. We also want to clarify that while we do provide wood, we don’t supply matches and are sorry for any inconvenience. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.
