One apartment is located in the attic and has a balcony. The second apartment is on the first floor and has a terrace. Guests are welcome to use the garden. With a lot size of 400 square meters, there is plenty of space for relaxing summer evenings in the garden or on the balcony. A grill is also available. There is one parking space available for each apartment, and there is a bike carport.

From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished BALCONY, from which you can enjoy the sunrise with a view of the Achterwasser and the marina. A grill and beach chair are included.
