Yampa View guests have access to two outdoor hot tubs on a sundeck with beautiful views of the valley, a fitness room, and a shuttle service during the ski season.

This unbeatable location will put you less than one mile from the Steamboat Ski area where you'll find nearly 3,000 skiable acres fit for beginners and experts alike. Closer slopes are perfect for beginners; make sure to visit Lil' Rodeo, Stampede, or Preview if you're willing to learn how to ski or snowboard. If you're more of an intermediate or expert skier, Vouge and Headwall North slopes are nearby as well. Downtown Steamboat Springs is less than four miles away offering endless dining options, convenience stores, Old Town Hot Springs, the Steamboat Art Museum, and so much more!

Great View, Comfy Condo

Very clean, tidy, and fully stocked with all needs, including fans for cooling us in our rooms at night and even a heating/cooling pump in the shared living space. The view was amazing off the front little porch. Perfect for my brother and I for a weekend memorial service for our aunt. Liked the golf-themed decor, too. Cute!

Condo was as advertised (but a bit loud). It was a great size and space for our family…. But a little pricey for the quality of the facility. The shared facilities are dated as are the keypads to enter. The sauna smelled off so I didn’t try it & lost my appetite to try the hot tub. Va casa (property manager) was very receptive.

This place was perfect for our small group of 3! Very comfortable furnishings and cozy with amazing views! Well stocked kitchen supplies, great coffee, (though would have liked more for our stay) great view from balcony, great shuttle service & amenities. We would stay here again.

Very comfortable and well-equipped unit with great views! Shuttle access to gondola area mostly works really well—every 20 mins or so. Enjoyable stay.

Very clean with wonderful views. However, disappointed and confused by previous high ratings. Found all older furnishings, couch thread-bare in areas, top covered with blanket, dim lighting, regular noise from upstairs tenets, kitchen with needed cooking items, but only single bag of coffee and filters, otherwise completely bare. Adequate, but not stellar.

This place was great!

We loved that the condo had everything needed to cook meals at our temporary home away from home. This place was comfortable and convenient for a family of 5. The views were amazing, and if you come at the right time if year you can even watch hot air balloons take off from the deck! Everything is close, so no worries about staying out in the sticks or anything like that. The one, very minor, potential complaint I could see is that you can hear people walking in the apartment above you. I imagine if there is a loud family above you, or some wild party animals, it could get quite loud. But this isn’t even remotely a deal breaker and certainly isn’t worth taking off a star. This place was awesome. Sure, you are paying more for this place than you are at, say, a Holiday Inn. But the money a family saves cooking at home makes up for it and then some. Highly recommended.

Nice Long Weekend

The number of the unit, 106, is a little surprising since the VRBO pictures make it appear the unit is on a higher floor however the condominiums themselves are located on one of the highest hills in Steamboat and the view from the balcony is great. The unit was very clean, well stocked and comfortable for 4 people. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo is well located, close to the slopes, has everything you need, with a convenient shuttle on call, private balcony, and awesome view of the valley. Management was very responsive and professional. My family and I will definitely come back.
