Step inside this homey condo and take off your boots at the built-in bench. You're finally on vacation! With two balconies, a galley-style kitchen, and lovely views of the mountain and creek (depending on the balcony), this condo is set up perfectly for you to relax. Turn on the gas fireplace and warm up at the end of the day. Pull out the brand-new Murphy bed with an overhead light for reading and enjoy a nap or an extra sleeping space for those who want to rest closer to the fire. Pop in a DVD with the included in-room player whenever the mood strikes. The galley-style full kitchen is ideal for group cooking projects and includes dishes, cookware, glassware, and spacious granite countertops. Of course, guests can also enjoy access to shared amenities like a heated outdoor pool and three hot tubs during their stay. There's no end to the relaxation in this family-friendly condo near the mountains!

Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in the main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals, just off the main lobby as well. On the first floor, you'll find the business center, outdoor heated pool (year-round), and hot tubs! Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin-operated washers and dryers. Off the property, you'll find Vail General Store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away for when you're not spending your time on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun! There is a free shuttle bus for Vail Village with an easy walk to the bus stop as well.

Best view in Lions Head

Wonderful room. The balcony overlooking Gore Creek made it hard to get out and do anything else. Very well furnished unit.

Great staff, fantastic location! If only there was more snow!

Staff was fantastic in wanting to meet our needs. This was our 2nd November stay at Lions Square Lodge. Last year was fantastic snow with true ski-in/ski out experience. They did a great job of shuttling us to Gondola 1 this year when the snow wasn't so good.

Off Season Success

We loved being right on Gore Creek. This corner unit was great. The resort was super quiet with off-season, which made it extra relaxing. The pool and hot tub were still open and we enjoyed those all by ourselves. Would definitely return!

Great Location

The property and location were great! We would stay here again! Only one issue and that was the bedroom fan had an on/off mind of its own. In the middle of the night the fan light would come on and the fan would stop. No pattern could be determined. Otherwise, great!

Clean and comfortable

We love the spotless room, comfortable furniture, balcony, grill, coffee maker, and comfortable bed. This unit is on the end so we had an extra window and door for summer ventilation. The staff is amazing and so friendly! Always ready to go above and beyond to assist. We would definitely stay here again. The only downside is the small bathroom and lack of in-room laundry facilities. The guest laundry works fine but just a hassle to go back and forth.

Beautiful location nice unit

Location is lovely next to Gore Creek, the bike path and base of the ski mountain at the Lionshead gondola. Unit was very comfortable and nicely appointed, and quiet. Nice size deck, well furnished. Location in Lionshead area of Vail is nice with restaurants and walking, biking paths right out the door. We enjoyed the on-site Mexican restaurant. The pool and hot tub are great located next to Gore Creek. We would definitely stay here again! The only negatives were the room was not ready at 4, which is already a late time to check in. We had to sit in the lobby until closer to 4:30 for our room to be ready. Also the parking lot was full when we returned from our day outing and we had to go to the Lionshead garage. Just be aware that parking can be full during peak times.

Awesome Vail get-away

LionSquare Lodge is an ideal location for a Vail get-away. The convenient Lionshead location can't be beat, and unit 374 hits all the marks - beautiful view of the Gore Creek and Vail mountain, quick access to the Gore Creek Trail for a relaxing walk to the west or an easy walk to Vail Village to the east. The unit has a smaller, west-facing patio that creates a lovely cross-breeze in the warm summer months. The view, well-stocked kitchen, and pool and hot tubs encourage never leaving the unit, but the great location with quick access to Lionshead restaurants, the Eagle Bahn Gondola, and a short walk into Vail Villiage make this unit the perfect choice. We will be back!

Perfect

Just wanted a quick getaway in the mountains & found this spot. The river right outside the door was the icing on the cake of a beautiful condo! Even though it was just the 2 of us, it was nice having lots of room. I was worried about the heat since there's no a/c but it was super comfortable. We were saying we could live there, lol!

Nicer than website photos!

Great location. Very comfortable bed! We brought our niece her friend. They slept on the pull-out couch. Because we drove we did bring a 3-inch memory foam to put on top of it which they said made it very comfortable. The condo has a great view of the river and mountain so you can watch skiers come down. It's nice and sunny on the patio (a great place to have a glass of wine) after skiing! One of the best locations for the price in Lionshead! It's an end until so it was quiet. Highly recommend.

The perfect stay!

This condo is in good shape. A classic ski village feel in the winter, with picturesque views out each balcony of Vail mountain & a flowing creek . The staff is extremely friendly! My family & I love the TWO hot tubs, spa & heated pool, but the best feature is the location. Walk right outside and you are at the Lion Head’s gondola & ski school!

We had plenty of room for our ski gear but also enjoyed the many perks of the resort-the valet, shuttle, concierge, restaurant, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The location can’t be beat! I’m certain we’ll be back.

Excellent! Even better than we thought!

The pictures do not do this place justice, it’s incredible. We came to ski two days and slept 3 nights. Rented our ski gear from Charter Sports (in the building) and took them straight out the door to the snow. Eagle Bahn gondola is steps away and the lionsquare lodge has a ski valet to keep your boards and skis and poles until you go back out. It’s extraordinary! They’ve thought of everything. If you have questions just call ahead and they’ll tell you everything. We will be back!!!

Fabulous end unit!

Loved the end unit with 2 balconies and river/mountain Views!! Sleeper sofa was not the most comfortable bed. Would definitely choose this unit again.

Great condo

Beautiful unit with two balconies and great mountain/creek views. We have stayed at Lion Square many times and this is now one of our favorite units. Everyone who works here is always friendly and helpful.
