The Residenz Ostseestrand apartment complex, located at Strandallee 137 in Scharbeutz, is right in the center of town.
The apartment listed here is located very close to the Dünenmeile in Scharbeutz, where you’ll find numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance.
This bright 2.5-room apartment is located on the first floor and offers 45 m² of space for 2–4 people. The spacious living-dining area is equipped with a sofa set, a complete home entertainment system featuring a large smart TV, digital TV and radio reception (150 channels), the latest smart TV technology with video streaming, Apple TV, and a dining area for 4 people—ensuring a relaxing vacation. From here, you can step out onto the east-facing balcony with a view of the Dünenmeile and the sea.

The integrated, modern kitchen area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, raclette grill, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, and an espresso capsule machine.

In the separate, high-quality bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, height 50 cm), you’ll find a flat-screen TV and a spacious wardrobe. The second small bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00 m, height 45 cm).

The shower room and restroom are separate and feature high-quality amenities.

A parking space next to the house and a bicycle storage room are available to guests free of charge.
An electric vehicle charging station is available on the property. Use of the station can be booked as an optional add-on for a flat rate of €40.00 per stay. (subject to availability)
Alternatively, flexible charging is available via QR code directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent by email.
The current rate is €0.60 per kWh (as of April 2026)

Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer available for use in the building for a fee.
One dog is welcome! This is a non-smoking apartment.

On the first floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from December 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna
. Additionally, in the basement, you’ll find a fitness room with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and games room with a high-quality ping-pong table and foosball table, as well as a wide variety of age-appropriate toys.

A fee of €6.00 per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool and fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00.

This family-friendly vacation home features an elevator and is just a stone’s throw away from the fine-sand, expansive beach
. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cozy restaurants, cafés, and—not to mention—great boutiques, separates the resort from the magnificent beach.
On the first floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.
You’ll also find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and games room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and dartboard.
A fee of €6.00 per day is charged for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.
There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a gate. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest parking lot at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).
