Ready to get away for a change, clear your head, and enjoy a vacation? Then you’ve come to the right place. The vacation rental is located on the first floor in a prime location on a quiet side street, yet just 120 m from the beach and the boardwalk.
It has just been lovingly and completely renovated. With approximately 43 square meters of living space, you’ll find a light-filled, very cozy, and newly furnished living room with an open, modern, and high-quality built-in kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. It’s a great spot to brew your morning coffee. The bakery for fresh rolls is just a few meters away toward the beach. You can decide whether you’d rather have breakfast at the cozy dining table or on the beautiful, large, and sunny balcony. That’s the perfect way to start the day.
After what we hope was a wonderful day, make yourself comfortable on the sofa in the evening with a glass of wine and a good movie on the new, large flat-screen TV.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a very high-quality new box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m with a full-length mattress) and will give you a restful night’s sleep—as if you were sleeping on clouds.
The brand-new, high-quality, and very modern shower room also leaves nothing to be desired. It’s a pleasure to get ready here in the morning.
The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. High-speed internet is also available. You can park in your own designated spot right in front of the front door.

The building at Hansastraße 13, in a very central location in Scharbeutz just steps from the beach, is only a few steps away from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the promenade with its charming boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. Each of the beautifully furnished apartments comes with either an underground parking space or an outdoor parking spot. A bicycle storage room is also available for your use.
