This modern 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz, located on the 1st floor with a southwest-facing balcony in Building A “Strandglück,” is easily accessible by elevator (wheelchair accessible). Enjoy the view of the spa gardens from the balcony. It features a tastefully decorated living-dining area with a new sleeper sofa for one person, cable TV, hi-fi/CD player, Blu-ray player, Wi-Fi, a dining area for four people, and a modern kitchenette with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, Tassimo capsule machine, and microwave. Even in summer when the sun is strong, this apartment offers every comfort, as thermal curtains block out the heat and keep the rooms pleasantly cool.

One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and box-spring mattresses (180 x 200 cm), and the children’s room features a pull-out bed (80 x 200 cm or 160 cm x 200 cm) and an additional flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms have blackout and thermal blinds. The modern shower room with toilet includes a washing machine.

You can buy fresh rolls for breakfast in the morning right in the building at the Dallmeyer bakery.

The entire apartment has underfloor heating. Lockable bicycle storage room, outdoor parking space next to the building. No pets allowed! Non-smoking apartment!

This modern “Strandglück” residential complex, Building A, was completed in December 2012. The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and—last but not least—the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
