This high-quality 2-room apartment is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand and features a bright and welcoming interior.<br>With approximately 62 m² of living space plus a terrace measuring approximately 35 m², the apartment is furnished to accommodate 2–4 people and is located on the first floor, accessible by elevator.<br><br>In the large, open living area, you’ll find two sofa sets—one of which can be used as a sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m—as well as a cozy dining area with a 47-inch TV.<br>The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher.<br><br>From the living area, you can step out onto a spacious, partially covered terrace with a beach chair and patio furniture for four people.
