The 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the first floor, measures 54 m², and is equipped to accommodate 2 people and a baby (up to 1 year old).

The apartment features hardwood floors and underfloor heating. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light.

The cozy living area includes a sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system.
The open-concept kitchen includes a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, and an oven.

From the living area, you have access to the northeast-facing balcony, which is furnished with a garden table, chairs, and two lounge chairs.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x90x200 cm) and an additional TV.
The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower and a hair dryer.

A washer-dryer is available for your use free of charge in the laundry room.

An underground parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).
A storage room in the basement for bicycles is available (unlockable).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

The spacious apartments are all furnished in the same style and equipped with high-quality furniture. Each apartment features underfloor heating—a particularly welcome feature during the winter months!

Large windows create a bright, light-filled space! You can enjoy your morning cup of coffee either on the balcony or the terrace. Cozy outdoor furniture lets you relax comfortably outdoors!

You have the option to do your laundry here; a communal laundry room is available for this purpose (coin-operated washer and dryer)!
This way, you can get ready for the next day’s long beach adventures right away. If you’re avid cyclists, there’s a place to store your bikes in the underground parking garage, where one parking space per apartment is also available for you.
Of course, you can take the elevator directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment’s floor.

It’s about a 10-minute walk to the center of Timmendorfer Strand, and the beach is just 50 meters away! The town’s shops, bars, and cafés are also within walking distance. Spend summer evenings on the beach with a glass of wine or a refreshing spritzer, then head “home” to enjoy the rest of the evening in your vacation home. Where else but here at Villa Stern?
