THE CONDO
Welcome to `Seas the Bay,` your 10th-floor oceanfront retreat in North Myrtle Beach. The open-concept living area is filled with natural light from large sliding glass doors that lead directly to your private balcony, offering stunning, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Inside, relax on comfortable seating while enjoying the 50” Smart TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

- Cookware and utensils

Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 8):
- Main Bedroom Suite: Features one king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, and a large closet.
- Guest Bedroom: Includes two queen-sized beds, a Smart TV, and its own spacious closet.

Both modern bathrooms are stocked with a starter set of bath towels. An in-unit washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Private Balcony:
Step outside to your direct oceanfront balcony. It’s the perfect spot to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail while overlooking the resort pools and the beach.

THE RESORT
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire condo unit. Entry is seamless with a secure keyless system.

Your stay also includes full access to the extensive Bay Watch Resort amenities:

GETTING AROUND
Bay Watch Resort is conveniently located in North Myrtle Beach, making it easy to explore the area by car, rideshare, or even on foot.

Car: Having a car is the most convenient way to get around, especially for visiting nearby attractions like Barefoot Landing (2 miles), Tanger Outlets (3 miles), and Cherry Grove Pier (5 miles). Free on-site parking is available at the resort.
Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips around North Myrtle Beach and beyond. Local taxi services also operate in the area.
Walking & Biking: The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance, and North Myrtle Beach is bike-friendly, with rental shops nearby.
Public Transit: Coast RTA offers bus services along the Grand Strand, though routes are limited.
Whether you`re driving, biking, or catching a ride, getting around is easy, with plenty of attractions just minutes away!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please note the following:

- STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a complimentary starter kit including one roll of kitchen towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and a trash bag. You will likely need to purchase additional supplies for your stay.

- LINENS & TOWELS: Your unit is stocked with fresh bed linens and bath towels for your arrival. A mid-stay towel and linen swap-out service is available for an additional fee upon request.

- BEACH SUPPLIES:
Please bring your own beach and pool towels, as these are not provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for seasonal rental on the beach from the on-duty lifeguards.

- LONG-TERM STAYS:
We welcome long-term stays! Please inquire for more details.

- RENTAL AGREEMENT AND DAMAGE WAIVER:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $45 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

PARKING LIMITATIONS:

Free parking is available in the resort parking deck on a first-come, first-served basis. Each condo is limited to a maximum of two (2) parking spaces.

Per resort policy, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted in the parking deck. Vehicles over 6’6” in height cannot enter the deck. The resort may offer limited paid parking in its oversized and overflow lot through the front desk, subject to availability. Guests are responsible for any additional parking fees.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 8 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Free Parking : Guests have access to free on-site parking for 2 vehicles and complimentary Vehicles over 6`6` will not fit into the parking deck and may need to park in the overflow lot that may incur nightly fees and rented out by the front desk.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.
