In the district of Lido del Sole, in a unique location, directly on the well-kept sandy beach. The Condominio consists of several three-story apartment buildings. Shops, bars and an ice cream parlor are just around the corner. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the lively town center - with everything a holidaymaker could desire. The Vallesina pine forest is similarly close to the mouth of the Tagliamento river. Activities nearby: On the approx. 8-10 km long and wide sandy beach, a wide-ranging animation program is offered free of charge for 3 hours in the morning and afternoon. This appeals to children, teenagers and adults. It is also possible to undertake water sports of all kinds (for a fee). Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility The final cleaning must be carried out by the customer or can alternatively be booked on site for a fee of EUR 65. Extras included: Until May 18th and from September 7th, beach services (1 parasol + 1 sun lounger + 1 deck chair) are included, outside these times EUR 67.00. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Only dogs up to 10 kg allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. For youth groups an increased deposit of 300,- € has to be paid. Groups under the age of 18 are not accepted by the landlord and the car park is only suitable for normal-sized cars. No space can be guaranteed for minivans or SUVs.
