This spacious one-bedroom will have a king bed in the bedroom, and a queen murphy bed in the living room. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area and patio/balcony.

You’ll find this picturesque oasis is the perfect desert destination with its nearly endless sunshine and jagged purple horizon. The arid climate is ideal for enjoying tranquil days at area spas, fun at one of Indio’s eclectic festivals and golf games at the stunning Golf Club at Terra Lago — a well-groomed course featuring mountain views and 36 challenging holes. Pool hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. The Splash Pad is located near Building 8. Hours may vary based on season and weather.

Each unit will receive two free parking passes. Front desk is open 24 hours a day.

Guest is responsible for Transient Occupancy Tax upon check-in based on unit size. Rate for 1 bedroom is $12.61 per night (not per person). Rates subject to change.

In addition, the resort will require a $250 security deposit taken in the form of a credit card authorization. Your card will not be charged unless there are fees charged to the room or there is damage to your unit.

This is a timeshare resort, you may be approached to attend a timeshare presentation, you are a GUEST OF AN OWNER. Timeshare presentation is NOT required. You can say "no thank you, not interested".
