Beautifully furnished 3 bed 2 bath house. Completely refurbished, open floor plan. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Elegant porcelain tile through-ought entire home. Upgraded with top of the line stainless appliances, granite countertops through-ought.

Spacious great room with comfortable sofas, chairs, gas fireplace and 65" Smart HDTV and DVD.

Enjoy mountain views on the back patio surrounding the private Saltwater Pebble pool and spa. Patio table and 6 cushioned chairs an chaise lounge allow for comfort as you BBQ with the 36' stainless BBQ and enjoy quiet and colorful sunsets.

The fully equipped kitchen features a large granite bar stool island with seating for four adjacent to a round breakfast table with seating for four.

The large, elegant master suite has private sliding door access to a small patio adjacent to the private spa area with beautiful views of the Chocolate Mountains. Other features: Kings size bed, 65" SMART HD TV, jetted tub, walk in shower and large walk-in closet.

Two additional bedrooms have Queen beds and delicious decor. Large closet with mirrored sliding doors.

The community heated pool and spa is just down the street near the convenient back secure gated access to the community.

The property has parking available for three vehicles, one in the garage and two on the driveway, outside the garage.

Great stay!

We had a great experience with this vrbo. The home looks just like the pictures, perhaps even better in person. We picked this house for its proximity to the Coachella Music Festival. It's also close to a shopping area with a Walmart, sushi restaurant, Mexican restaurant and more.

Great Stay in Indio

We would definitely recommend Randy’s home to anyone! Lots of space - super clean - very comfortable. The pool was a relief in the heat and the house stayed nice and cool. Randy always was super responsive & helped out with anything we needed. Thank you again!

Lovely 3 bedroom

It is very charming and has all the comforts of home. It is decorated in warm neutral accents so we felt immediately calm and relaxed. Its very quite also, which is ideal for a romantic get away! The pool and outdoor patio area is perfectly located. We enjoyed lunch and dinner with friends and had fun watching the golfers. This is a MUST DO and we plan on returning again soon!!!

Great Week in the Desert

We rented this home for a week long get away. The home was everything we expected it was comfortable, clean and great views of the golf course. The pool was a lot of fun and we loved the spa. It was very close to the polo club, casinos, concerts. We enjoyed going to old town La Qunita for dinner and the outdoor farmers market. My husband loved golfing on the course and surrounding ones as well. I would highly recommend this for your next vacation.

Great home away from home

We loved our stay at this house. We came to Palm Springs area for a lacrosse tournament at the Empire Polo Fields which is very close to this house. Randy was very gracious and easy to work with. He sent us a welcome packet with detailed info on everything we needed to know about the house which we was very helpful. The house was comfortable, clean and spacious. We loved the room we had for my family of 4 and my in laws. The pool and spa were lovely and an added bonus to the home. Thank you Randy for sharing your home with us. Hope we can come back next year!

Relaxation & Luxury in the Desert

My wife and I stayed for Powertrip festival. We almost couldn’t make it and the host was kind to help us out with options but luckily we could make it! We had everything we needed when we arrived! The welcome packet is well done and a wealth of information so I felt at ease staying there. The pool is amazing as well as the hot tub. Absolutely no complaints! Beds were comfy :) However, if you’re here for a festival check to see which roads get closed. If you’re over 40 like us and or don’t like to have a pre walk workout before a major festival- it’s not in walking distance. The side gate that looked like we would have a straight walk to the Polo Club was had No Pedestrian Access and it’s about a mile to the main entrance to walk out. After that it’s another trek to make it to a point to access and then another trek into the main gate. This may have been just a fluke of my specific festival (parking and traffic was not well done to say the least) Ubers were super easy to use and only $7-10 All in all I would stay here everytime I’m in town. Hands down.

Wonderful Stay

Great property in a large golf community. The house was very well kept and had great amenities that worked perfectly. Beautiful large kitchen and grate room with plenty of seating to watch the large HD TV. The beds were super comfortable; even the pull out sofa bed. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Relaxing hideaway!

Our family of four enjoyed a fantastic long weekend here. The home and pool/spa were so relaxing we did not see much reason to leave except for dinner out. The house is spacious and nicely appointed with everything you'd need. The community is gated and the neighborhood is very quiet. Since the property is on the golf course the views are great from the backyard. The pool and spa were heavenly! The owner provided all the needed information in a timely manner and was very responsive to questions. Five stars!

Wonderful retreat!

This place is very large and beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. We just had a wonderful stay with our small children. The house is so well appointed we only left to pick up food. Great grill, beautiful private spa and pool (heated), lots of TV options, the kitchen is very well stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. It was nice watching the golfers go by in the back yard. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. Lots of food markets and restaurants within 5-6min drive. We look forward to return.
