• There is an additional fee after 8 guest for this home.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in additional cleaning fees

🎉 Parties & Events
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• Excessive noise or disturbances to neighbors may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund

• Maximum of 2 dogs allowed
• Stanard weight limit is 25 lbs or less per dog
• $150 pet fee applies per stay
• One dog exceeding 25 lbs may be considered with prior approval only
• Approved dogs over 25 lbs are subject to an additional $50 fee
• No more than one dog may exceed the weight limit

This home is equipped with exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests, the protection of the property, and insurance purposes. Cameras are located at the front door (Ring doorbell), overlooking the dog run, and overlooking the pool area. There are no interior cameras.
For the privacy and security of everyone involved, the cameras must remain operational at all times. Covering, disconnecting, tampering with, or otherwise obstructing any security camera is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund, as well as additional fees if applicable.
