Guest Access:

Guests will have fully private access to the entire 3-bedroom rowhome, which we'd like to highlight includes 2 sets of washers & dryers for your laundering convenience. Parking is unfortunately hourly, 2-hour limit, but FREE. For guaranteed parking, we always suggest Spot Hero or ParkWhiz for parking space rental options.



The home, however, is quite convenient to public transportation-- the D24 bus stop is on the same block. Our past guests have mentioned that it is a very convenient way to get downtown.

This home sits just east of Capitol Hill, a 10-minute walk from Lincoln Park, 12-minute walk to the H Street Corridor, and a <20-minute walk to Eastern Market. Capitol Hill is one of Washington DC’s most iconic and historic neighborhoods.
