The space
This stunning home and property will delight its guests ! Spacious and yet with character and all of the amenities that you could want. Lovely porches and decks and patios for enjoying the outside. Wonderful formal living room with upright piano. Master bedroom with king sized luxurious bed and bath on the 1st floor. All other bedrooms with queen beds are upstairs where 2nd bath is. There are two TV areas the stone fireplace den and the cozy living room off kitchen. Guests will love the to die for gourmet kitchen and enormous pantry. The views are really pretty from all windows in the house.
Please note: there is another apartment(rented) in the basement and owner lives in- law suite also on site. However, rest assured guests will be given complete privacy during their stay. Hot tub is all set for guests to relax in and enjoy Merrimans Hope is a fabulous place to reconnect and relax and enjoy all Winchester has to offer !
Please note: Happy to host guests for small bridal showers /rehearsal dinners/ wedding gatherings etc. Additional separate contract agreement and security deposit will be required —Any additional cost to be determined on a case by case basis.

Guest access
Guess we’ll have access to the entire main house and all porches and patios and grounds. If desired, please request use of Hot Tub in your reservation.

Other things to note
NO SMOKING on the property
NO PETS
NO PARTIES ( some celebrations family/ friend gatherings can be requested and approved by Owner with separate contract and security deposit )


This is a spacious lovely home on 2.8 acres with Mountain View‘s various porches and living spaces and a hot tub. Idyllic spot for family gatherings or bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, etc. please note and inquire if you want us to host your special event.
For all events there will be a separate contract with all details that will also include a refundable security deposit. There are cameras around the perimeter of the property for everyone's protection.
