The guests will have available for their use a small volley ball court.Casa Milena disposes of a terrace garden, of about 500sqm, completely fenced, a half in the ground built swimming pool (one side on the ground level; size: 3.8 x 7.9 m; Depth: 1.2m) equipped with deck chairs, umbrella and a veranda with table, chairs and a barbecue for dining al fresco.Parking within property.The other part of the house, with an independent entrance, is inhabited only from time to time.The house is conveniently located to reach restaurants and shops (2km) or for visiting cities like Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Montecatini Terme (in only 6km) the latter famous for its healing waters and its therapeutic springs. Here the guests find also very nice boutiques, a horse stable and a Golf court.
