The Blue Sand Dollar at Harkers Island! Water Views, 4 beds 2 baths!

Come stay at The Blue Sand Dollar on Harkers Island! This home has some many features! 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living area, with a well stocked kitchen! We provide some basic items to get you started like dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap. We provide towels and wash cloths, bed linens, comforters, and pillows. There's also a pack and play in the 2nd bedroom closet with a sheet set if needed.

This home has a split floor plan with living room, dining room and kitchen in the center of the home. Primary bedroom and en suite bathroom are to the right of the living spaces and the 4th bedroom is off of the living space. The 2nd & 3rd bedroom with the 2nd bathroom is at the other end of the house off of the kitchen. The laundry room is off of the kitchen as well.

Primary bedroom features a California King bed, mounted TV, long dresser, tall dresser, 2 night tables. En Suite full bathroom with toilet, 2 sinks, garden tub, and a stall shower with a HUGE master closet.

2nd Bedroom features a King Bed, tall dresser, and a night table. There's a walk in closet and a pack & play with a sheet set if needed.

3rd Bedroom features a Queen Bed, long dresser, tall dresser, 2 night tables and a closet.

4th Bedroom features a Double Bed, a tall dresser, and a night table.

We have strived to have a well stocked kitchen that includes crock pot, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, mixing bowls, pots & pans, and utensils. There's a stove & dishwasher, Fridge & Freezer. We have also included 2 coolers for you to use, and there's a high chair. Laundry room is off of the kitchen and there's a washing machine and dryer.

The living room features a large TV, Wi-fi, 2 love seats, and a sofa. There's cards, books, puzzles and a puzzle board which is nice when you want to puzzle at the dining table but then also move it & save it for later so you can also eat at the dining table.

This property features a .5 acre yard with lots of room to run and play, a carport if you need a shelter for you boat or car, Covered porch that is wonderful to sit and watch the water across the road. Also this home has public water for those interested! : )

This is home is 5 mins to the Island Ferry Service at the end of the island, 4 mins to the Harkers Island Public Boat Ramp, 24 mins to downtown Beaufort, and 29 mins to downtown Morehead City. Local restaurant's on the island are The Fish Hook & the Seaside Galley. There's also local information and menu's in the House Book.
