Accordingly, we have no information or evidence confirming the presence of fresh paint at the property during your stay. As to the location, the home is situated on a short block containing only four properties, adjacent to a large school and across from another educational facility. The stay occurred during the school vacation period. While we understand that perceptions of traffic and the surrounding area may vary, the description of a heavily trafficked street does not align with the conditions observed during those dates. We nevertheless respect your personal impression. Before your arrival, the property was thoroughly cleaned and carefully prepared to receive the entire family group. The home also has exterior security measures around its perimeter. Parking is available on nearby public streets, subject to availability and posted municipal regulations.
