Welcome to this oasis of relaxation! Enjoy your vacation in approximately 80 m² spread over two levels. This vacation home is located far away from the hustle and bustle, yet so close to the dike that you can almost hear the sea.<br><br>The owner has furnished this home in a modern and functional style. You’ll want for nothing. <br><br>On the first floor of this end-of-row house is the living/dining room with a fully equipped built-in kitchen, including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, induction stove with oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, air fryer, and more. A comfortable sofa set, a dining table with four chairs, a high chair, and a china cabinet complete the living/dining area. The first floor also features a bathroom with natural light, a shower, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer, as well as a bedroom with a double bed, nightstands, a sideboard, a TV, and a closet. The entryway features a practical coat rack with a shoe rack. The modern, wind-protected patio is accessible from the living/dining area. Starting Easter 2026, a beach chair will also be available here!<br><br>In the annex to the side of the building, there is a lockable storage room with a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, and clothes rack. Rented bicycles, sports equipment, and beverages can be stored here if needed. <br><br>Upstairs, there is a spacious living/bedroom with two single beds. A travel crib with an extra mattress is also provided. A comfortable sofa set and an XL beanbag chair complete the furnishings on the upper floor. Satellite TV with flat-screen televisions is available in both the living/dining room and in both bedrooms (first floor/upper floor). All skylights are equipped with insect-proof roller shades.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the entire house. (We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.) <br><br>The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. All windows are equipped with exterior roller shades. Fly screens are installed on various windows. <br><br>The property is a paradise for families with children. There is also a grassy lawn perfect for ball games and other outdoor activities. In a quiet yet central location, it offers quick access to the sandy beach, the harbor promenade, and attractions such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses. The nearby ferry terminal allows for trips to the islands of Norderney and Juist. The surrounding dikes and bike paths invite you to take long tours through the expansive countryside.
