Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting living space complete with a cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, and an arcade machine for hours of family fun. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen makes preparing meals easy, whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast before exploring Helen or gathering together for dinner after a day of adventure.



The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a fourth bedroom featuring a twin-over-queen bunk bed—perfect for kids and adults alike.



Step outside and take in the peaceful wooded surroundings. The upper deck features outdoor seating, a grill, and beautiful garden views, creating the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening meals. Downstairs, unwind in the private hot tub or relax in the outdoor seating area while enjoying the tranquility of nature. A short stroll through the garden leads to the fire pit, where you can gather under the stars and make lasting memories.

Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, family vacation, or weekend with friends, this inviting mountain retreat has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Adherence helps us provide the best possible stay for you and future guests. We appreciate your cooperation in advance and look forward to hosting you!



We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay



DOGS ONLY: Approved low-shedding breeds only. Dogs must be potty trained, under 50 lbs, and no more than 2 per stay.

Not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Bullmastiffs, high-shedding or large breeds, and cats.

Standard Pet fee: $150/pet

Long term pet fee (stays of 7+ days): $35/day per pet. Confirm pet terms with property manager, as breed and shedding factor into approval.

Pets may not be left unattended, tied up outside, or allowed on furniture/beds. Guests must supply their own pet bed/crate and clean up waste
