We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had a warm, homey feel with the perfect beachy atmosphere, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. Quite relaxing . We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again. Five stars!

The property was fantastic! Clean, quiet, well maintained, and very comfortable. The kids loved the games and being able to sit on the balcony watching the ocean. The location is great, far enough from the boardwalk that there wasn’t noise but close enough to great restaurants and family friendly activities. We will definitely be back!

Very comfy and it was wonderful waking up to the sound of the waves. I loved that there were dvd’s available, lots of options to be entertained at home. Thank you.

Our stay was fabulous! The condo was so welcoming and beautiful. It was very clean and well maintained. The ocean view from the deck was gorgeous! On our last morning there we saw dolphins swimming by. You truly are just steps from the beach. The host is very responsive to all inquiries. If I could rate this property a 10, I would. We will definitely stay here again.

Location was awesome. Beautiful view of Ocean from balcony. Excellent condo super clean, used washer/dryer with no issues. Would defintley stay here again.Elevator to 3rd floor. Parking spot is a little challenging but public spot was empty right next to reserved space. Easy to switch spots after prime beach hours. Daughter even used speaker system to play music.

The Best Beach Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, next to summer beach club. Balcony is on a 3rd floor but it feels as you are right on the beach. Everything is neat and clean. Kitchen is well equiped. Wonderful place. Will come again soon.

The property was very clean and the views were awesome. The listing was exactly what we got. Area was close to everything and loved being able to walk out the door and walk directly to the beach. Would highly recommend this place and hope to go back next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an ideal stay at The Mooring over the July 4 long weekend. Despite the baking heat, we had the ideal spot, looking out over the waves from the balcony and sometimes venturing down into the sand. The condo was spacious, clean, and well appointed. It was perfect for a family with a teen and an elderly mom: close to the beach for our daughter, and great people watching for our mom. This will be our go to for family beach trips!

Place was clean, freshly painted. View was beautiful and building location is perfect at 50th Street.Check in was easy, great communication with host.Only complaint had nothing to do with host or condo. Upstairs unit, the people were going in and out sliding door all hours of night a hundred times a night, slamming the door.
