Property is conveniently located close to Florida's East Coast beaches and Orlando theme parks. We cater to medical traveling professionals. Sebastian has restaurants, night life and live music. Barefoot Bay boasts an award-winning 18 Hole Golf Course, 3 pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard, walking paths around the lakes, social clubs, a lounge, & restaurants. Some of the amenities (like pools) require a visitors pass which isn't included in the rental amount but can be purchased.

The space
Our home is set up for vacationers and traveling medical professionals and close to many medical facilities. We are located in the riverside community of Barefoot Bay, near fishing hot spot, Sebastian, Florida. Nestled between Vero Beach and Melbourne, only 20 minutes from Barefoot Bay private beach or Melbourne/vero Airports. About 1-1/2 hours from Orlando/Sanford and 1 hr. 20-minutes from Orlando Airports.

Besides things to do in the area, Barefoot Bay itself boasts an award-winning 18-Hole Golf Course, three pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard, walking paths around the lakes, social clubs, a lounge, and restaurants. Some may require a visitors pass which must be purchased.

Living room has a 70-inch smart TV and there’s a 55-inch smart TV in primary bedroom. Both smart TVs have Wi-Fi streaming. Although it's nicely appointed, it's still a home that needs respectful use. To keep the home as clean and comfortable for all our guests, we have a NO SMOKING policy inside the building. Smoking is allowed outside only. We are pet friendly with preapproval and responsible owner care.

Guest access
You have access to the full house, property, driveway, front and back yards, attached laundry/tool shed.

There is a lockbox hooked on the railing of the first set of steps with the main key. Once inside there are keys for the shed and private beach/pier hanging inside the sliding glass door.

The shed contains washer and dryer. There may be beach chairs and a cooler that you're welcome to use.
There are personal items and a golf cart that are not available for use.

Other things to note
Guest passes are needed for some of the amenities such as the pool and some of the entertainment. If you are looking to golf, you should go to the 19th hole for more information.

Guest passes are not included in the rental amount. Passes can be purchased separately upon request. I will work with our caretaker to get the passes to you.

Barefoot Bay guests have access to a private gated beach and a private gated pier. There is a key for these hanging on the key holder inside the sliding glass door. The pier is across the main road by Dunkin'. The beach is located in Melbourne and is about 20 minutes away. There are also many public beaches and fabulous restaurants located in Melborne and Vero which are about 20 minutes from us.

Some restaurants and night life close to us are: The Tiki Bar, Earl's, Capt.' Hiram's, Sebastian Saltwater, Old Fishermans Restaurant and many more.
