The space
The Mandarin Hideaway is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome designed with comfort and personality in mind. Lush plants and botanical décor flow throughout the home, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from room to room.
The living room is the heart of the home — a cozy lounge area with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and board games perfect for family nights in.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with ample closet space and its own bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a dedicated Smart TV, ideal for kids or guests who want their own space.
The full kitchen is completely equipped for home-cooked meals, with all the cookware, dishes, and appliances you need. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Step into the backyard and you'll find a firepit area perfect for evening gatherings, s'mores, and good conversation under the Jacksonville sky.
The game garage is a private entertainment zone stocked with air hockey, indoor basketball, and foosball — guaranteed fun for all ages, rain or shine.

We offer flexible early arrivals and late check-outs at just $25/hour — a fraction of what others charge! Please note these are not guaranteed due to our cleaning schedule and must be requested and approved in advance.

Garage Access
The game garage is for guest entertainment only. Garage doors must remain closed at all times. Vehicle parking in the garage is not permitted due to liability.

No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. If you must smoke, please do so outside in the backyard only. Violations will result in a fine plus any additional charges to cover cleaning or repair costs.

Trash
Please dispose of all trash in the outdoor bins before departure.

Damages
Report any damages within 24 hours of arrival or occurrence. Failure to report damages may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.

Dishes
Please wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before checking out.

Furniture
Please do not rearrange any furniture.

Parties & Events
Unauthorized parties and events are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors. No loud music in front of the property at any time.

Linens & Towels
