Holiday Home 'Villa Princy' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The house is located on the second floor of a lovely semi-detached house with an amazing view of the hillside, in a quiet location and only 10 minutes walk to Genn'e Mari beach and 15 minutes walk to Cann'e Sisa beach and Cala Delfino beach.
Inside, the house consists of a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one double with a private terrace overlooking the hill and a glimpse of Genn'e mari beach and the other with 2 single beds that can be joined.
Outside we find a veranda followed by a large convivial terrace with an outdoor kitchen top equipped with induction plate and sheltered by a wooden cover that makes it usable both in the hottest hours of the day and in case of rain or strong wind. Next to the kitchen countertop is a large brick barbecue for your grilling! The terrace also has an elegant outdoor and sheltered shower.
The outdoor part is completed by a pleasant relaxation area surrounded by greenery that can be reached by climbing the stairs from the terrace, to be used both during the day and in the evening, especially recommended for stargazing...
The house is located on a hill in a closed road with no traffic. After walking up a dirt slope you will find the private covered parking lot. To reach the house, you have to climb some stairs.
At your disposal you will have all the necessary cooking materials (pans, pots, various glasses, plates, cutlery, barbecue tools, etc.), a De' Longhi coffee machine with its capsules, and a Moka to get your days off to a good start!
We provide a first aid kit.
We live downstairs on the ground floor but will not always be present. We are discreet and always available for anything.
We have a camera on the parking lot and one at the entrance, both outside.
