Relax amidst the Sternberger Seenlandschaft Nature Park and enjoy the magnificent views of the tranquil landscape. Lake Groß Labenz is surrounded by extensive forests and, due to its abundance of fish, is an excellent destination for anglers. Rowboats are available for rent, subject to availability. Included highlights: Wi-Fi (limited performance), final cleaning, parking, all utilities, rowboat (weather permitting, June 1st - September 4th). Nearby activities: The Sternberger Seenlandschaft Nature Park, the Warnow River, Lake Groß Labenz, and the numerous forests and meadows are ideal starting points for hiking, cycling, and various water sports. Thanks to its central location in the heart of Mecklenburg, both the Baltic Sea and the cities of Schwerin and Wismar can be reached in 20 minutes. Rostock is less than 45 minutes away, and even day trips to Lübeck, Hamburg, or Berlin are easily possible. Note: The linen package can be booked optionally for €35 up to 3 days before arrival and is not included in the rental price!
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The rowing boat is only available from the beginning of April to the end of October, outside of this period only on request and after consultation with the landlord. In the lower part of the property there is another apartment that is locked and is occasionally used by the landlord.
