Modernly furnished terraced bungalow in a family-run holiday complex, quietly located on the edge of the forest and in a fantastic location directly on Lake Groß Labenzer See, one of the cleanest and most fish-rich lakes in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The large communal property is separated only by a traffic-calmed road from the lake, which features a lovely swimming area and a snack bar. Enjoy your breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then look forward to wonderful hours on and by the water, or explore the seemingly endless forests of the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park. Upon request and for a fee, you can rent rowboats and SUPs (subject to availability). A fire pit with wood for cozy evenings and an electric grill (€5 per day) are available at reception.

Lake Groß Labenzer See is located near Warin, northeast of Schwerin, in the middle of a Natura 2000 protected landscape area. Here, you can perfectly combine nature, sports, swimming, and culture during your vacation. In nearby Warin, stroll through the streets and treat yourself to a delicious fish dish or other local specialties in one of the restaurants. Discover the easily accessible cities of Schwerin, Wismar, Güstrow, and Rostock on your excursions.

Thanks to the central location in the heart of Mecklenburg, the Baltic Sea, Schwerin, and Wismar can be reached in 20 minutes. Rostock is less than 45 minutes away, and even day trips to Lübeck, Hamburg, or Berlin are no problem.
