Appartement 03 - Villa San Remo

Our ground-floor Apartment 3, at approximately 37 square meters, is perfect for 2 people. It features a built-in, fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven with a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Relax on the cozy sofa and reflect on your eventful day, or enjoy
your dinner at the dining table for two. You can also watch your favorite TV shows on the internet-enabled flat-screen TV while on vacation.
From the living room, you can step out onto your private south-facing terrace, where you can greet the morning in the sunshine or wind down your vacation day outdoors.
The bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a closet. The naturally lit bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, radio, towel warmer, hair dryer, and makeup mirror.

Wi-Fi and parking are included. A high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Unfortunately, due to space constraints, a crib cannot be provided.
The apartment was newly renovated and modernly furnished in 2021–2022.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in this apartment for a fee.

Centrally located and close to the beach, our seaside villa on the sunny island of Usedom is the ideal place for you to relax. From the very first day of your vacation, the cozy and modern furnishings of the house will ensure you can unwind. In Germany’s sunniest region, we offer 12 flexibly bookable, renovated apartments for 2 to 4 people. We’ve also got you covered for getting around: parking spaces right next to the building and lockable bicycle storage are available free of charge.

Apartments 1, 2, and 3 were tastefully modernized in 2022, and apartments 5 through 12 were modernized in 2025. Apartment 4 underwent a partial renovation in 2025.

In apartments 1–5, 7, and 8, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee. The dog beach is located just 800 meters away in the direction of Bansin.

Experience the healthy seaside climate, stroll along the lively beach promenade or through beautiful nature reserves, and enjoy the unique seaside resort architecture of the Kaiserbad. Visit the Heringsdorf pier, which is within walking distance, and the Usedom Baltic Sea Spa is also just a few kilometers away.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
