No smoking and no parties are strictly allowed. Violations will result in a $1000 penalty.



Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors during this time.



✔ Pets

Pets are welcome with a fee of $69 per night per pet (maximum 2 dogs).



✔ Amenities

Basic starter supplies are provided, including hand soap, toilet paper, and towels. For longer stays, additional supplies may need to be purchased by guests.



✔ Security

For safety purposes, there is a security camera located outside near the entrance. There are no cameras inside the unit.



✔ Guest Count

Only registered guests are allowed. Additional or unauthorized guests will be charged $50 per night per person.



✔ Late Checkout

Late checkouts are subject to availability. Unauthorized late checkout will incur a fee of $100 per hour.



✔ Basement Unit

The basement is a separate unit with its own entrance and is not accessible to guests. It may be occupied during your stay.
