Your suite is fully private. Behind your own smart-lock entrance, you have your own private bedroom with a queen bed, a private bathroom with modern finishes, a private kitchenette, a small private living area, and a dedicated workstation. Only you and your guests have access to this space.

Just outside your suite door, on the same floor, there are also beautifully designed shared common areas — a full chef-style kitchen, dining area, living area, and laundry room — which you may share with guests staying in the other suites on this floor. There are 5 private suites total on this floor, each with their own smart-lock entrance, exactly like rooms in a boutique hotel.

The simple way to think about it: your suite is yours alone, and the social/extra spaces on the floor are communal — just like a small boutique hotel.

Located in Over-the-Rhine (OTR) just north of downtown Cincinnati—one of the city’s most active dining and nightlife districts. Landmarks within easy walking distance include Findlay Market, numerous craft breweries and restaurants, historic Italianate streetscapes, and the Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar corridor. The vibe is urban and lively by night with many shopping and food options by day.



Walkability: very high—most restaurants, bars, markets, and many attractions are within a 5–15 minute walk. Streetcar: the Cincinnati Bell Connector runs a downtown–OTR loop with stops near Findlay Market and along Sycamore/Vine corridors, convenient for riverfront and downtown destinations. Bus: Metro (SORTA/Metro) local routes serve downtown and OTR; Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK) and Airporter shuttles connect across the river and to CVG. Rideshare/taxi: widely available and typically fastest for late-night travel. Biking: bike lanes and shared-bike options available in downtown/OTR.
