Welcome to our beautiful Königsfels vacation apartment in the picturesque Güls neighborhood of Koblenz!

This charming apartment in a historic building, located right next to the winery, was recently renovated and offers approximately 55 square meters of space for 2 people. Its ideal location allows you to reach the breathtaking old town of Koblenz in just 12 minutes by bike or car.

The apartment features two spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a renovated bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, coffee maker, and electric kettle. A basic supply of spices, cleaning and dishwashing detergents, dishwasher detergent, and kitchen and dish towels is provided for your convenience. The cozy living room offers a stunning view of the surrounding vineyard and is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a large smart TV. The courtyard invites you to relax in its sunny seating area, and a cozy box-spring bed awaits you in the bedroom.

In addition to free Wi-Fi and adjacent parking spaces, we also offer free e-bike parking and charging stations. If needed, we'd be happy to refer you to a laundry service we work with for your personal laundry. Shopping, bakeries, restaurants, and banks are all within easy walking distance.
