Welcome to the Koblenzer-Karthause. This bright and quiet vacation rental is perfect for exploring the city during the day and unwinding in the evening in a cozy atmosphere. With 74 m² of space, it accommodates 2–4 people and features a kitchen, living and dining room, bedroom, bathroom, and two balconies. The apartment is located on the first floor of our apartment building. Public parking is available right next to the building. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels will be provided. Ideally located, just a few steps (100–150 m) from the Federal Archives and a shopping center with supermarkets and a bakery. The neighborhood is situated on a high plateau between the Rhine and Moselle rivers and captivates with its green surroundings, including the expansive Koblenz City Forest, as well as a wide range of recreational opportunities. Koblenz’s city center and attractions such as the Deutsches Eck or Ehrenbreitstein Fortress are easily accessible in a short time, either via the bus stop right outside the front door (lines 2, 12, and 620) or by car.

This cozy vacation rental features a fully furnished bedroom, an inviting living room, a separate dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. On the balconies, comfortable patio furniture invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The dining room also features a sleeper sofa that can accommodate a third and fourth person. The bedroom features a large closet and its own TV—ideal for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you need for hassle-free self-catering. Cleaning supplies such as a broom and dustpan are, of course, also available during your stay.



On-site costs: Towels, table linens, bed linens, and final cleaning are included in the price. Families with children aged 10 and older are welcome.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
