• Private Car / Driving
Driving is the most convenient way to get around Atlanta. The home includes driveway parking, and most major attractions are a short 10–15 minute drive away.

• Rideshare (Uber & Lyft)
Uber and Lyft are widely available and typically arrive within minutes. They’re the easiest option for quick trips to Downtown, Midtown, and nearby entertainment areas.

• MARTA Rail (Public Transit)
The closest MARTA rail stations are:

•Oakland City Station (Red/Gold Line) – approx. 5–7 min drive
•West End Station (Red/Gold Line) – approx. 7–10 min drive
•West Lake Station (Green Line) – approx. 8–12 min drive

These stations provide direct access to Downtown, Midtown, and Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport via the Airport Station.

MARTA also connects directly to Airport Station, offering a simple public transit route to Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport without needing a car.

●This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
- Please note that a $100 Pet fee will be applied per stay.
- We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
- No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 20 pounds.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.

1. Guests acknowledge and agree to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and to keep noise levels to a minimum during this time out of respect for neighbors.

2. No parties or events allowed

3. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

4. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

5. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest.

6. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a late check-out fee equal to 10% of the base price. This fee helps cover housekeeping costs when the agreed-upon check-out time is not observed.

7. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement

8. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through the resolutions center

9. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
●Please note that a $100 Pet fee will be applied per stay.
●Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied.
●We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
●No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 20 pounds.
●Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
●Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated

10. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos

11. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

12. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

13. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week

14. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs

15. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
