Welcome to Maple House, your quiet and spacious getaway in Vienna! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is a perfect, relaxing retreat with ample space for up to nine guests.



The open-plan living area connects a welcoming dining room (seats six) to a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen features include:

Large island for prep and casual dining

All the cookware you'll need for any meal



A few steps down, the cozy family room invites you to unwind on plush leather couches by the warmth of the electric fireplace while watching the massive 75" TV. Large windows offer a beautiful view of the expansive backyard.



Throughout the home, you'll meet 'Ziggy,' our AI Superhost! Alexa devices in the entryway, living room, and all bedrooms are ready to help you control the lights, find local restaurants, or answer questions about your stay.



Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed and ample closet space.

Bedroom 2: One Queen bed and one Twin bed.

Bedroom 3: Two Queen beds, a 55" TV, and a private attached full bathroom.



A second full bathroom is located in the hallway. The basement provides a third full bath, a laundry area, and a dedicated workspace perfect for remote work or study.



Outside, your group will love the huge, fenced-in backyard on our one-acre lot. During the summer months, enjoy the above-ground pool and a dining porch perfect for outdoor meals.



Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the kitchen, basement, and the fenced-in backyard.

20 Minutes: Downtown Youngstown & YSU.



45-60 Minutes: Cleveland and Pittsburgh.



Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area, though wait times may be slightly longer than in major cities.



Pre-Arrival: As a professionally managed property, we require a few steps to be completed before check-in. After booking, you will receive a link to our secure guest portal to:

1. Verify your ID (takes less than 2 minutes).

2. Authorize a refundable $300 security deposit (this is a hold, not a charge).

3. Sign a brief digital rental agreement.



During Your Stay: Please inspect the property upon arrival. Any issues or damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of check-in. If any problems arise during your stay, contact us immediately so we can resolve them.



Laundry: A washer and dryer are available in the basement for your use. Please note that we do not supply laundry detergent; some may have been left by previous guests.
