Since largely eco-friendly building materials were used, you can expect a pleasant indoor climate.<br>The vacation home is single-story with approximately 100 m² of living space. There is also an utility room in the annex measuring about 12 m².<br>A spacious garage provides storage for various bicycles.<br>The terrace, measuring about 30 m², enjoys sunlight until late afternoon. Modern patio furniture is, of course, provided.<br>Beach chair.<br>The property is approximately 1,000 m² in size, with adequate spacing from the neighbors.<br>A fire pond borders the property to the south.<br>The building is detached.<br>A quick note: the entire upper floor has no doors! <br>
