Whether summer or winter, we have the perfect starting point for your vacation activities! In just a few minutes you can reach the popular Classic ski area, the Alpspitzwellenbad or the starting point for a hike to the impressive Kochelberg-Alm. But even those who like to stay at home to read a book in peace or enjoy the wonderful view from the terrace are in the right place here. Located on the edge of a residential area, you will definitely find the peace and quiet you need.

As soon as you enter the 75 m² apartment, you will recognize the elegant country house flair mixed with alpine modernity. Lots of natural light, cozy wooden elements and light earth tones create the perfect setting for the fantastic mountain panorama that can be glimpsed through the patio door.
The spacious living and dining area is the cozy focal point of your stay: a large wooden dining table and a comfy sofa invite you to enjoy a cozy get-together. Incidentally, this can be converted into a sleeping area for up to two people in no time at all. The tastefully furnished kitchen corner will also make the heart of any amateur chef beat faster: equipped with modern kitchen appliances, it is perfect for trying out regional delicacies. An oven, induction hob and dishwasher are of course just as much a part of the equipment as a fridge and microwave. All the necessary kitchen utensils such as crockery and pots and pans are also provided.
From the living area, you can also access the wonderful terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains in the Garmisch region. Here the apartment lives up to its name! The view of the Alpspitze and Zugspitze to the left and the view of the Kramerspitz to the right will stay with you long after your vacation.

Garden furniture is of course available for your use, and there is even an awning.
If you want to enjoy some fresh mountain air as soon as you wake up in the morning, you will be delighted with the second terrace access via the bedroom. So the perfect vacation day can begin! The bedroom is furnished with a spacious box-spring bed and there is also a TV. You can store your vacation wardrobe in the spacious closet. You enter the bathroom directly from the bedroom. There is a walk-in shower with a rain shower head, a washbasin and a toilet. There is also a guest WC in the hallway next to the checkroom.
Of course, a free garage parking space is available during your stay. Look forward to relaxing days, Alpine happiness is within your grasp!
