The building's original single-pane windows are protected under historic preservation codes, which means they cannot be replaced with modern, energy-efficient, or noise-reducing windows. The unit sits on the 3rd floor along 5th Ave, which is a busy downtown corridor and home to the Seattle Monorail. You will hear road noise, street activity, and the monorail throughout the day and into the evening, this is not something we can change, and it is not a defect. It is simply the reality of staying in a beautifully preserved historic building in the heart of a living, breathing city. We provide earplugs, and many guests sleep just fine. <<

>SAME DAY BOOKINGS < We're thrilled to welcome same-day I bookings! Just reach out to us in advance to confirm the available check-in time for such bookings.
>ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES < Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible. Please note that a $100 fee applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.
>SHOE-FREE ZONE < As you step inside, kindly remove your shoes to help maintain the pristine condition of our home. We appreciate your care!
>NO SMOKING POLICY < For the comfort of all guests, Smoking/Vaping or e-Cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 20 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property.
