This camper meets basic needs for a short stay. We did not need anything fancy for one night and this unit served us. It is in walking of our 2 favorite restaurants. Blue Dog Bar & Grill and The Perfect Cup.

Quaint little spot tucked away in beautiful Matlacha. Perfectly adjacent to the west end of the World Famous Matlacha Bridge. Lots of cool shops, and good food. Parking just steps from the door. Quiet private sleep. Very comfy. Host on call for any questions or concerns. One of my most memorable trips anywhere. We'll be back.

Hi, I’m Jennifer! I’m originally from Michigan and later the Nashville area, but life and a love for warmer weather eventually brought me south — including a 2.5 year adventure living in Jamaica — before I found my home here in beautiful Southwest Florida.

I love being near the water, discovering unique local places, supporting small businesses, finding vintage treasures, and being involved in my community. I especially love everything that makes Matlacha special — its colorful personality, laid-back island lifestyle, local restaurants, fishing, boating and the wonderful people who call this area home.

I enjoy hosting because I get to share a little piece of that lifestyle with other people. I want my guests to feel comfortable, relaxed and welcome while experiencing Matlacha beyond the typical Florida vacation.

My hope is that you arrive as a guest, settle into island time, discover a few favorite local spots, and leave already thinking about when you can come back. 🌴

I love the laid-back Old Florida feeling, the colorful shops, local restaurants, incredible fishing, beautiful water and the friendly small-town atmosphere. Here, you can leave the car parked, walk to breakfast, grab a golf cart, spend the day on the water, shop local and end the evening watching a Florida sunset.

It’s quirky, colorful and wonderfully different — and that’s exactly why I love it. Matlacha isn’t just somewhere to stay; it’s part of the vacation.
