Vacation in the idyllic western part of Dresden at “Villa Grieß,” surrounded by grapevines and plenty of trees!

Welcome to this stylish and spacious 81-square-meter vacation apartment with two bedrooms, accommodating 3–4 people in Dresden-Niedergohlis. A house with history and charm. Until 1954, the first floor of the building housed the old Wolff or Hummel village bakery. After that, it was renovated and used exclusively as a residence. We then extensively restored the entire building in 2004 with great attention to historical detail and artistically decorated it ourselves. This is the perfect place to escape the stress of everyday life. The apartment, comfortably and practically furnished in a Mediterranean style and equipped with underfloor heating, offers plenty of comfort. The apartment is truly very spacious, featuring two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, and a hallway. More details are provided below. From the vacation apartment, you can see the hillsides of Cossebaude with the Bismarck Tower, as well as the Spitzhaus and the water tower in Radebeul. The apartment is located exclusively on the 2nd floor of the building and is a self-contained unit.

We have been welcoming guests since 2006. You can set out on wonderful bike rides directly from here along the Elbe to Meissen (14 km) or Dresden (10 km) and all the way to Saxon Switzerland.

The property is very conveniently located; from here, you can reach the city center in just 25 minutes by city bus or car to visit the stunning architecture, concert halls, theaters, and numerous museums.

Detailed description
The apartment features a kitchen, bathroom, hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, and a storage room.

Summary of sleeping arrangements
Bedroom 1 (living room/bedroom): double bed (1.80 m wide),
2nd bedroom: one queen-size bed (1.40 m wide),
The comforters are made of synthetic material.

Brief description of other rooms
The kitchen features kitchen cabinets and a countertop, a table with 4 chairs, and is equipped with a stove (4 ceramic burners), an oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a raclette grill, baking dishes, and more.
