This high-quality, fully furnished vacation apartment, measuring approximately 100 m², is situated in an absolutely peaceful location surrounded by nature and lies directly on the shores of two beautiful swimming lakes: Lake Zens and Lake Platkow. The apartment itself is located in a forester’s lodge, which, together with three smaller buildings, forms a secluded farmstead in the middle of a forested area. The forester’s lodge contains a total of two apartments, each with a separate entrance on different sides of the building, as well as a spacious garden. The property includes a sunbathing area with a boat dock, and a rowboat is also available upon request. The nearest towns, reachable in 15 to 20 minutes, are Templin and Lychen in the Uckermark district of Brandenburg.

The cozily furnished bedroom with a double bed features an en-suite bathroom equipped with a large bathtub, a wide vanity, a towel warmer, and a large mirror. In the entryway, there is a separate guest restroom with a sink and a rain shower.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa, two wingback chairs, and a coffee table, all situated in front of a water-heating wood-burning stove. A flat-screen TV with satellite reception is, of course, also part of the high-quality furnishings. The sofa is a pull-out, so one or two additional people can sleep there if needed. The living room is otherwise open-concept and shares the space with an open kitchen and a seating area with a corner bench. A fully equipped open kitchen with a dining area (induction stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, and silverware, etc.) leaves nothing to be desired.
